Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders to metro cities usually arrive in 2-3 business days. Other locations may take 3-5 days. We’ll share your tracking details via email and SMS once your order is shipped.
Q: Do you charge for delivery?
A: Shipping is free for all orders above ₹499. A flat ₹49 fee applies to smaller orders.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also contact us if you face any issues.
Products & Ingredients
Q: Are all your teas organic?
A: Yes. Every ingredient is certified organic, pesticide-free, and ethically sourced. We blend and pack in our certified facility in Amritsar, India.
Q: Do your tea bags contain plastic?
A: No. We use 100% biodegradable, plastic-free pyramid tea bags made from corn-fiber mesh.
Q: Are your teas caffeine-free?
A: Most of our herbal blends (Chamomile, Tulsi, Mint, etc.) are caffeine-free. However, Green Tea, Black Tea, and Masala Chai naturally contain caffeine.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return a tea pack if I don’t like it?
A: We only accept returns for sealed, unused products within 7 days. Opened tea packs cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety policies.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
A: We’ll make it right. Just email us at support@organicuniverse.in with your order ID and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Payments & Support
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via secure payment gateways.
