Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns only if:

• The product is unused and sealed

• A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

• The product was damaged, expired, or incorrect

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on opened tea packs due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

• Your Order ID

• Photos of the product (if damaged/expired/incorrect)​

Our team will review and arrange for pickup if eligible.

Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved and picked up:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
