Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 999.
For prepaid orders below INR 999, we charge minimal shipping charges of INR 49 per order
For all Cash on Delivery orders below INR 999, we charge INR 99 per order
Charging for shipping enables us to provide services across 28,000+ pin codes in India
We will send order confirmation email once the order is placed on the website
Tracking details for the shipment will be available on the email and it usually take 5-7 business days to deliver your order
Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellations
All cancellations can be actioned if we are informed within 12 hours of customer placing the order. If the order has left our warehouse we will not be able to cancel the order.

Damages or Partial Order Fulfilled
In case the product is damaged in transit by our courier partner or in case we have shipped wrong or partial shipment, we will provide with free replacement if informed within 3 days of order delivery.

Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns since these are food and beverage and related product and once opened they lose the freshness.
We do not accept returns if a wrong product is mistakenly ordered by the customer.
Refund is subject to exceptional case of prepaid order that we fail to fulfill and deliver.
